如何跟进美国公司业绩(官方)

很多新手投资美股,不知道如何查看公司业绩。当然你也能从第三方网站查看(如Bloomberg, CNBC, finance.yahoo.com, google finance, MarketWatch.com 等等),注第三方资料如有差误,公司不负责任,还是用官方资料比较可靠,这里Ali为大家介绍如何查看官方公司业绩

去目录FILINGS → Company Filings Search
COMPANY NAME 栏里输入公司名字,如"Realty Income",然后按【Search】键。
你将会看到所有公司申报表,如下(图2):

Filings Type 里,看到一些编号,如:
Filings Type
简介
10-K
年终财报。公司必须在财政年90天内申报。
10-Q
季度财报。公司必须在每季度后45天内申报。
8-K
“当前报告”,对投资者重要信息,包含公司财务,企业活动,在Form 10-K,10-Q 附加更多信息
13-F
超过$一亿资产管理机构季度报告,包括某些银行,保险公司,投资顾问,投资公司,基金和养老基金。
其他编号,参考http://www.sec.gov/forms

当你按下10-Q→Documents时,就会进入季度报告。打开10-Q的xxxx.htm文件。一般分两部分PART I: Financial Information (财务资料),PART II: Other Information (其他);如下:
