国际原油价格跌跌不休。到底油价对每个国家有多大的影响？

以下的图表，原油价格对国家的GDP影响。
资料显示，油金占GDP的百分比最重的是非洲的刚果，71%。就是说这个国家非常依赖石油。而沙特阿拉伯，油金占GDP的45%。委内瑞拉，俄罗斯，美国，中国，印度，分别是 27%，14%，0.9%，1.4%，1.2%。

我国马来西亚是6%。其他东南亚，文莱25%，越南7.6%，印尼2.6%，泰国2.2%，菲律宾0.2%。

以资料看来，油价跌，谁是最伤？俄罗斯，美国？或是沙特阿拉伯？

虽然说沙特的生产成本低，但是他们过度依赖石油，可能导致国家经济衰退。
